Sumari: | This dissertation aims to reflect on the literary production of Maria Paula Fleury de Godoy in the works: Us and Elas (1969), The Long Journey (1968) and Shadows (1966), highlighting its historicity and gender relations, Author portrays her characters. For a better understanding of Maria Paula Fleury de Godoy we will enter into the universe of her mother, Augusta de Faro Fleury Curado author of the works: From Rio de Janeiro to Goiás 1896 (The journey was like this), Devaneios, that exerted a strong influence in the literary productions of Maria Paula Fleury de Godoy, in this perspective we will try to understand the main themes in the narratives of the author and especially, how women are represented. For this, literature is used as a source of research to establish a way of understanding the second half of the twentieth century in Goiás. |
