Summary: | The complexity of Universities is a peculiar characteristic of these institutions. The objective of this work is to identify the main challenges for university autonomy to be respected in these types of institutions. For this, the work presents the University seen as a brain and the challenges of its managers. It was concluded that the manager, together with the community, must fight for autonomy, in addition to the search for rights to be respected. |
