সংক্ষিপ্ত: | Throughout history, the problem with drought stigma has always been a striking feature of the Brazilian semiarid region, a region whose impacts from long drought periods are frequent. Throughout history, a number of drought management measures have emerged that aimed to “combat” their origins and / or consequences, especially those of a socioeconomic nature. From this perspective, reflecting on the initiatives to “combat” the phenomenon, this study aims to discuss and identify the period of this paradigmatic transition, within the scope of public policies, analyzing, above all, the eventual changes between the two perspectives, regarding “dealing with ”With the phenomenon of droughts, creating and adopting technologies to cope with the climate situation, because fighting a natural factor is much more difficult, because you can not fight what you can not change, thus creating policies to live with the semiarid. |
